ABOUT THE METALS:

Aluminum is a lead and nickel-free metal which is hypoallergenic. It is a very lightweight metal that is eco-friendly and great alternative to sterling silver! It will not tarnish, rust or turn your skin green like some other metals. But it should still be given care to retain it’s beauty. It tends not to love water, so just remove if you plan on swimming. 

COPPER

Copper is beautiful bright shiny metal that has been used in jewelry for thousands of years. It is said that copper contains healing properties allowing a minimal amount of the mineral into the body. Some say it relieves the symptoms of arthritis and circulation problems. Over time will lose it’s shine and you can allow it to naturally patina or polish it’s shine back with a jewelry polishing cloth. 

NUGOLD

NuGold, also known as Jeweler's Brass, is close in tone to a 14K yellow gold. It is a beautiful color with a nice weight to it and economical alternative to real gold. NuGold is an alloy of copper and zinc and it will naturally tarnish when exposed to oxygen, like all copper based metals. Just like copper, you can polish it back to it’s original shine with a jewelry polishing cloth.
